What your
team gets

The loop: SOP, scenario, practice, evidence-backed score, coach review, retake.

SOP to scenarios

Upload a client's SOP or policy (PDF, Word or text). AI drafts practice scenarios from its actual rules. Coaches review and edit each draft; an owner or admin publishes it to the team's scenario library.

Chat and email practice

Trainees handle a simulated customer who reacts to what they actually write: vague answers get follow-up questions, and promises get held to. Voice practice is coming soon.

Rubric scoring with evidence

Every criterion is scored 1 to 5 and weighted, with a critical criterion and a pass mark (70 on the starter rubric). Each score quotes the transcript line it came from.

Coach review queue

Coaches approve the AI score, override it with a reason, or ask for a retake. Each decision is saved with the coach who made it, so you have an audit trail.

Team and roles

Owners and admins invite people by email on the Team page as admin, coach or talent. Everyone signs in with an email link, no passwords.

Results and usage

Results shows every scored attempt for the whole team, with the average score and pass rate. Usage shows how much of the month's AI allowance the workspace has used.

Not built yet

Voice practice, cohort views and a rubric editor are on the roadmap. Ask us where they stand when you apply.

How scoring works

One rubric, the same way every time.

Each criterion is scored 1 to 5. The weighted average is scaled to 0 to 100. An attempt passes at 70 or above, unless a critical criterion scores under 3. A coach can override any score.

  • Accuracy & policy Critical Weight 3

How a
pilot works

We're running our first agency pilots now. There are no case studies yet, so the best proof is your own SOP, practiced by your own trainees.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your team: how many trainees, which client accounts, and chat or email work. We reply within one business day.

  2. 02

    Set up together

We set up your agency workspace with you and agree the pilot's scope and price. Pilots are invoiced; no card needed.

  3. 03

    Load your SOPs

Upload a client's SOP and review the drafted scenarios. The workspace also starts with 10 starter scenarios and a starter rubric.

  4. 04

    Practice and review

Invite coaches and trainees. Trainees practice and retake; coaches review each score in the queue.

Your clients' material

Private to your workspace

Uploaded SOPs and practice transcripts are only visible inside your workspace. We don't sell them or share them outside your workspace.
