What CNTXTQRY is

CNTXTQRY is a practice tool. You handle simulated customers played by AI and receive AI-generated scores and coaching. It's for practice and self-improvement.

AI feedback can be wrong

AI customers and scores are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete. Scores are not a certification or an official assessment, and we don't guarantee any job, hiring decision, client outcome or result.

Your account

  • Sign in with an email you control. Keep sign-in links private.
  • One person per personal workspace. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to get extra free sessions.

Plans and payment

  • Free, Pro (monthly or annual) and the Job-hunt pass have the limits shown on our pricing page and in the app.
  • Payment is made by GCash or GoTyme bank transfer, with proof of payment uploaded in the app. Your plan starts when we confirm payment and ends on its paid-through date. Plans don't renew automatically.
  • If something isn't working for you, email us within 7 days of payment and we'll make it right. Refunds are handled case by case.
  • We may change prices for future periods. A change won't affect a period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload documents you have the right to use for your own training.
  • Don't upload other people's personal data, illegal content, or material meant to make the AI produce harmful output.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep CNTXTQRY available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
