This policy covers this website (cntxtqry.com) and the CNTXTQRY app (app.cntxtqry.com). We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Questions and requests: hello@cntxtqry.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, used to sign you in and identify your workspace.
- Practice data: what you write in practice sessions, the AI customer's replies, your scores, feedback and results history.
- Documents you upload: SOPs, FAQs or similar files, and the scenarios we draft from them (paid plans).
- Payment records: the plan you bought, the amount and date, the reference number and the proof-of-payment screenshot you upload. We don't receive or store your GCash or GoTyme login or card details.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and time of requests, kept to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
- To run your practice sessions, score them and show you feedback and history.
- To draft practice scenarios from documents you upload.
- To send sign-in links and service emails (for example, plan activation).
- To manage plans and payments, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We process this to provide the service you signed up for and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't share your practice or documents with other users.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and email delivery.
- Anthropic: the AI models that play customers, score sessions and draft scenarios. Your practice text and documents are sent to these models to generate replies and feedback. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data isn't used to train their models.
These providers may process data outside the Philippines. We use them under their contractual data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, practice history and documents while your account is active, so you can see your progress. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its practice data and documents within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to processing, and get a copy of it. Email hello@cntxtqry.com from your account email and we'll respond within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Documents you upload
Only upload documents you are allowed to use for your own training. If a client's SOP is confidential, check with the client first. Uploaded documents are private to your workspace.
Cookies
The app uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app.
